1. What we collect

When you use EuroHire we collect:

Account information: email address and name you provide at sign-up.
Profile data: country, languages, target roles and other preferences you add to your account.
Saved documents: CVs, cover letters and LinkedIn messages you generate or save.
Usage data: which features you use, basic analytics (page views, errors).
Feedback: ratings, comments and messages you send us.

2. Why we collect it

To provide the EuroHire tools (CV optimization, cover letters, outreach).
To save your history so you can return to your work later.
To improve the product based on what works for users.
To communicate with you about your account and product updates.

3. How we protect your data

Your data is stored on secure managed infrastructure with encryption in transit (HTTPS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to the EuroHire team and only used to operate and improve the service. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are based in the EU, you have the right to:

Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
Request correction of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of your account and associated data.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

5. Cookies and analytics

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and basic, privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the product is used. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain it.

7. Changes to this policy

As EuroHire is in beta, this policy may evolve. We'll notify users of material changes via email or in-app notice.
