1. What EuroHire provides

EuroHire provides career tools — CV optimization, cover letter generation, LinkedIn outreach drafting and a job tracker — designed for the European job market. EuroHire is a software tool, not a recruiter or employment agency.

2. No guarantee of outcomes

EuroHire does not guarantee interviews, job offers, visas, or any specific employment outcome. Hiring decisions are made entirely by employers and depend on many factors outside our control.

3. Your responsibility for content

You are responsible for the accuracy and truthfulness of any content you submit to employers. AI-assisted output should be reviewed and edited before sending. Do not include fabricated experience, fake metrics, or misleading claims.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to use EuroHire to:

• Send spam, mass-unsolicited messages, or harassing outreach.
• Generate fraudulent or deceptive content.
• Violate the rights of others or any applicable laws.
• Attempt to abuse, reverse engineer, or overload the service.

5. Account suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts that misuse the service, breach these terms, or pose risk to other users.

6. Pricing and beta features

EuroHire is in beta. Pricing, features and limits may change as the product evolves. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect paying users.

7. Limitation of liability

EuroHire is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EuroHire is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
